Furora sells vintage and pre-owned designer pieces, many of them one-of-one. We provide detailed photographs, measurements and condition information so each purchase can be considered carefully before checkout.

EU statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Any equivalent mandatory rights that apply in your country remain unaffected by this policy.

To exercise this right, email info@furora.it within the applicable period, include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us, the item must be sent back within the period required by applicable law.

Return shipping

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Because many Furora pieces are rare and high-value, we strongly recommend tracked and fully insured return shipping.

Where required by law, Furora will reimburse the original standard delivery charge. Any additional cost resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer is not refundable. Furora may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the customer supplies evidence of return shipment, where permitted by law.

Condition of returned items

A customer may inspect an item only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, as they would in a physical store. Returned goods should be in the same condition in which they were received, with any Furora security tags and original packaging still present where applicable.

If an item has been worn beyond a reasonable fitting, washed, altered, damaged, stained, scented, repaired, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, Furora may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Size, fit and change of mind

Vintage sizing often differs from contemporary sizing, which is why Furora provides measurements whenever available. For EU consumers, the statutory withdrawal right described above cannot be excluded merely because the reason is fit, size or a change of mind.

For customers outside jurisdictions that grant a mandatory right of withdrawal, all sales are final unless applicable law provides otherwise. In those cases, Furora does not accept returns solely because of fit, size, personal preference or change of mind.

Incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed items

Please contact info@furora.it promptly if you receive the wrong item, if the parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe the item has a material undisclosed issue. This does not limit any mandatory rights relating to lack of conformity or defective goods.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
